The Maintenance Manager is Responsible for: Up keep, repair, installation of machinery and maintenance of the facility.
Administrative skills.
Use of software to schedule preventive maintenance and assign daily tasks.
Software used manager plus (Specific knowledge not required).
Computational use to manage short, medium or long-term tasks.

Use of Outlook for communication and monitoring.
Ability to manage expenses based on authorized and allocating budget.
Knowledge, establishment, and monitoring of
- SPOF, single point of failure
- Preventive maintenance
- Corrective maintenance
- Predictive maintenance
- Cycle counts and inventories
General knowledge required:
- Electric
- Mechanics
- Pneumatics
- Hydraulics
- Electronics
(General knowledge is required to be able to analyze and solve problems, with the talent of internal staff or identify who should be spoken to and contacted to have the required support).
Operations are maintained 24/7, your support is required to guide and resolve problems presented in a time no longer than 24 hours. Applicant must be flexible and available is a requirement.
Supervision of:
- 2 supervisors
- 12 Technicians
- 4x3 shift
Experience or knowledge necessary to be able to solve problems with the following machinery.
- Electric induction furnaces or natural gas combustion
- Long cycle vacuum machines
- Industrial air compressor
- Traveling cranes with 1 to 2 hoists up to 65Ton
- High precision steel cutting machines
- CNC machinery
- Oil processor machines
- Air drying system
- Plasma cutting machines (electric arc)
- Routers for cutting wood and other high-density materials
- Electric, propane and diesel forklifts
- Hydraulic rotation machinery
- Rotating machinery, electrical by intelligent control such as speed controllers or PLCs
- MIG welding machines
- Chillers
- Pneumatic painting equipment
- Paint and sand blast booths
- Press brake, bending machines
- Fanuc torch mate and pick and place arm robots
- Other small machinery, for the manufacture and transformation of steel and wood structures
Experience or knowledge necessary to be able to solve problems and keep the good condition of the facility.
