Position Overview : We are seeking a Senior District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management / Clinical Engineering who will serve as the Executive Director for the University Hospital System. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of management performance and leadership within the Healthcare Technology industry.
Responsibilities :
Provide successful leadership in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
Develop outstanding client relationships and governance structure, serving as the main point of contact with our University Hospital System client.
Demonstrate superior business acumen, agility, decision-making abilities, and budget management proficiency.
Exhibit strong leadership abilities to coach and mentor various levels of employees.
Review and maintain reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and client policies and procedures.
Ensure a safe work environment for employees by enforcing the execution of all safety programs and making recommendations for changes as necessary.
Assess financial risk and opportunities of the account and communicate results to the client and senior management, initiating action plans as necessary.
Understand and address cybersecurity problems and solutions to protect healthcare providers.
Promote and support workplace diversity initiatives.
Position Summary : The Client Executive (Single) has overall leadership and responsibility for client relationships, oversight of the assigned contract(s) or a service-related portion of that contract, and the success of a single client organization with multiple sites and either single or multiple services. The role involves direct accountability for operational excellence, achieved by delivering on contractual obligations and service commitments that are predictable, reliable, and repeatable.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
7 years of management experience.
7 years of functional experience.
Experience in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
