Specifically, we're looking for Recruitment Consultants with a solid understanding of the energy and renewables sector or relevant recruitment experience.

As a Recruitment Consultant based in Los Angeles and specializing in the energy and renewables sector, you'll be at the forefront of connecting top talent with innovative companies. You’ll play a critical role in developing a robust candidate and client base within this rapidly expanding market, leveraging your expertise to match exceptional talent with exciting opportunities. A personal or professional interest in energy and renewables is a significant plus and will help you excel in this position.
Who We’re Looking For :
Recruitment experience from any industry is highly valued, especially with a strong understanding of market dynamics and key players is preferred but not required.
At least six months of internship experience in sales or recruitment is preferred. Additionally, prior professional experience in sales is highly advantageous and will set you apart.

Responsibilities :
Business Development :
Conduct high-volume cold outreach to develop a pipeline of clients and candidates within the energy and renewables market.
Manage and meet daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with revenue goals.
Cultivate and develop relationships with clients and candidates via channels such as cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
Recruitment Process :
Serve as a market specialist, providing guidance and insights to clients and candidates.
Identify and source qualified candidates for specific roles in the energy and renewables sector.
Facilitate contract, salary, and benefit negotiations between clients and candidates.
Operational Excellence :
Track and manage data in our internal database to streamline interview and communication processes.
Provide clients with comprehensive talent acquisition support and market insights.
