Role : O&M Technician – Renewable Energy
Location : McAllen, Texas
Full-Time, visa sponsorship.
We are seeking an experienced O&M Technician to join a market leading clean energy IPP, and oversee the operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of renewable energy systems from their McAllen office in Texas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on renewable energy systems, including solar panels, wind turbines, inverters, and battery storage systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Monitor system performance and report on operational issues, system faults, and outages to ensure optimal system uptime.
- Conduct safety inspections, system audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with commissioning and decommissioning of renewable energy systems.
