What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Viridi RNG?

Duties and Responsibilities :

Coordinate AR operations for customers : billing, cash collections and AR aging.
Manage cash movement in compliance with debt waterfall through depository accounts.
Ownership of debt draw preparation on various projects still under construction.
Assistance with covenant reporting
Assistance with consolidation accounting

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s in accounting with 5-7 years of professional experience; public accounting background is a plus but not required;

Experience with debt compliance and payment waterfall structures a plus;

Proficient in Microsoft Excel;

Experience with Sage Intacct a plus, but not required;

Proactive “self-starter” with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of the company;

Ability to prioritize and handle tasks in order to meet deadlines;

Advanced knowledge of revenue recognition in US GAAP, specifically ASC 606.
