Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for a customer-obsessed Field Equipment Service Technician to provide on-site training globally for an equipment manufacturing company based out of the Spokane, Washington, area. This position is based in Spokane, Washington, and in office attendance is required unless traveling.

You will use your problem solving and active listening skills to onboard and educate new customers, listen and document their feedback and partner with internal teams to help them understand the end user experience so continuous improvement is achieved. You will also use your 2 years of experience in training development and delivery, to provide a training experience that ensures the ongoing success of the use of purchased products. As an electrical or mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will develop and implement training programs and assist them with troubleshooting, both virtually and in person.
You're known for your exceptional communication skills, along with your ability to build lasting relationships with customers. You are able to use your background in electrical or mechanical tech support, along with your active listening and analytical skills, to understand customers' pain points and troubleshoot these issues. If you are known for your attention to detail, constant quest for improvement, are a proactive thinker and are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the right role for you. This role requires the individual to have a current driver's license, passport, and also requires up to 75% travel.
Compensation : $23-$25 / hour
