KEY ROLE :
Active IRS Clearance Must
Seeking a Splunk Engineer with a strong foundational knowledge of Splunk engineering to join the CDM Operations team.
The Agency Integration Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting the CDM data pipeline, implementing resolutions,
and leading knowledge transfers with end users and stakeholders. Perform data analysis for anomalies and trends and build
dashboards highlighting key data trends. Deliver deployment and management support for distributed Splunk
environments consisting of heavy forwarders, indexers, and search heads, spanning security, performance, and operational
roles. Be familiar with the artifacts and data dictionaries that support the backbone of data reporting via CDM. Become
familiar with the customer's technical environment and act as the primary technical point of contact for integration-related
activities. Support Splunk deployments in Windows and Linux environments, edit and maintain Splunk configuration files
and apps. Work with the rest of the CDM team in preparation for Splunk app deployments and maintenance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3 years of Splunk Enterprise hands-on experience (to include writing Splunk queries in SPL)
- 3 years of experience with Linux OS, services, daemons, containers, and VMs
- 2 years of experience with designing, implementing, configuring, and operating IT systems or security
infrastructure
1 year experience with CDM tools and agencies, including CDM tools and the role they play in governmentenvironments
Experience with working in large federal agency environments, including GSA, HHS, NASA, SSA, or TreasuryExperience with data aggregation, SIEM software, and dashboard engineering reportingActive Client Public Trust ClearanceBA or BS degreeADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin (or higher)Experience with Cyber Security tools and technologiesKnowledge of federal information security policies and risk management processes for enterprise systemsBA or BS degree in IT Security, Engineering, or a related fieldAbility to be patient with a friendly demeanor, even under stressful circumstancesPossession of excellent time management skillsPossession of excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience with working in large federal agency environments, including GSA, HHS, NASA, SSA, or TreasuryCLEARANCE :
