Implementation Engineer

Onsite

Responsibilities :

  • Provide systems integration services for interactive data wall applications and hardware / software integration.
  • Lead remote system and network integration before on-site implementation.
  • Install and commission server and large-scale video wall systems as per customer requirements.
  • Configure and troubleshoot software and integrated solutions.
  • Perform Audio-Visual Technician duties when needed.
  • Other tasks assigned by Management.

Experience / Skills :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in TCP / IP network security, routing, and topologies.
  • Strong hardware / software troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Windows environments and networking (OSI layers 2, 3, 4).
  • Knowledge of video and audio integration.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

    • Certifications / Qualifications :

  • InfoComm CTS and CompTIA Security certifications preferred.
  • Top Secret or TS / SCI clearance preferred.
