Job Description
Underwriting & Deal Analysis
- Source and analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, building detailed financial models to inform deal strategy CRM Management
- Manage and update the firm’s CRM system, maintaining relationships with brokers, investors, and industry contacts to generate deal flow.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new investment areas and track trends in the real estate landscape
- Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring the firm’s processes run efficiently, including managing the Founder’s email inbox and calendar
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and assisting with other business operations
- Manage and expand the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering a larger audience
- Create offering memorandums for capital raises and develop market update materials to communicate with investors.
- Integrate innovative technologies and methodologies into both analytical and operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, STEM, Economics, or a related field. Experience
- 1-3-years of experience in real estate investment analysis, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields. ■ Will consider entry level candidates if they have taken courses in real estate and have a baseline understanding of real estate financial modeling.
- Familiarity with evaluating real estate investments, strongly preferred, even if done as part of college curriculum. Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis is required.
- Familiarity with different CRMs such as GoHighLevel, Hubspot, etc. is a plus. Communication Skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English required.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Organizational Skills
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
