Job Description
- Dispatch field technicians for access control and security camera services.
- Monitor and manage service requests via the company portal.
- Log information into CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Answer calls via virtual phone and respond to customer inquiries.
- Pass relevant details to technicians to ensure efficient service.
- Be on-call as needed for urgent dispatch requests.
- Conduct research and provide quick solutions to client questions.
- Coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations.
- Open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
- Mid-level of experience in IT, dispatch, or field coordination.
- Experience working with Amazon, Comcast, or similar companies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with virtual phone systems, CRM logging, and portals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
