Contractor Care:
· Phone current contractors and take detailed notes on their work experiences and future plans.
· Create and foster positive relationships between the company and our contractor workforce
· Assist with contractor enquiries about payroll, timesheet management and contract changes
· Liaise with clients and msp's to ensure the smooth running of each contract assignment
· Coordinate contractor communication mail outs and sms bursts
HR Administration:
· Manage employee files using JobAdder CRM system
· Prepare and issue employment contracts and assignment condition forms
· Conduct onboarding and offboarding phone calls to ensure smooth commencement and conclusion of each assignment.
· Support recruitment team with general office administration duties
