What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Operations and Business Development Coordinator for a Digital Marketing Company in the US (Home Based Full Time) position at Virtual Coworker?
This is a sales operations role with the potential to expand into more strategic support. You'll be working directly with the CEO, John. You'll be shadowing him on all sales calls in order to take notes on the calls, organize follow-ups and manage deals through to close.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Sales Pipeline Management
• Data upkeep inside of HubSpot
• Weekly Sales reporting to leadership team
• Drafting contracts and SOWs (with support from legal team)
• Sales to Delivery handoffs
• Sales Forecasting
