We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, a passion for staying ahead of trends, and the ability to manage and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with followers.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and ads, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer segmentation.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize content and improve SEO rankings.
- Design and oversee PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media platforms to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and optimized content for digital platforms.
- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, and technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Background in e- commerce or Fashion & apparel
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing programs.
