We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and has a broad understanding of HR functions. As an HR Generalist, you will be an essential part of our HR team, assisting with various HR tasks, employee engagement, and ensuring that we maintain a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Handle new employee onboarding, including orientation, benefits enrollment, and compliance paperwork.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee relations by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work culture.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Monitor employee attendance and manage time-off requests.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and wellness initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining HRIS and handling HR communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in human resources, with experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and familiarity with HR software.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Bilingual (Spanish)
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
