Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items according to departmental policies and procedures.
- Properly store and stock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware from the dish machine.
- Maintain proper temperatures and chemicals while running the dish machine.
- Stock serving stations with plates and utensils.
- Properly clean and sanitize work areas during and after shifts.
- Remove garbage and clean garbage cans as needed.
- Sweep and mop floors and coolers as directed by the supervisor.
- Remove cardboard as needed from the kitchen area.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
