The Dish Machine Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen area for guests and staff. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items according to established protocols.
- Properly storing and stocking clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware from the dish machine.
- Maintaining proper temperatures and chemical levels while operating the dish machine.
- Stocking serving stations with plates and utensils.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas during and after shifts.
- Removing garbage and cleaning garbage cans as needed.
- Sweeping and mopping floors and coolers as directed by supervisor.
