Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a science-related field.
- Proven track record as a diagnostic lab supervisor, including hiring and performance management.
- Exceptional leadership, motivational, and mediating abilities, with a focus on employee development and engagement.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and direct work activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Extensive laboratory skills and experience, with a strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
