POSITION SUMMARY :
Works under direct supervision of the Account Manager and / orProgram Manager and is responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned clientprograms at that tactical level. TheProfessional Services Coordinator works to provide daily support to theProfessional Services Program Management team.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES :
Program ManagementResponsibilities
- Generate work orders andreports
- Assist in inventoryreconciliation
- Preparation of clientreports
- Process special clientrequests
- Provide internal clientswith email, fax, and phone support
- Prepare samples forclient approval
- Monitor inventory levelsand back order situations
- Set up job folders,filing and records storage procedures
- Complete other programmanagement tasks as identified by the Program Manager or Account Manager

MINIMUM JOBREQUIREMENTS :
Education / Training : An Associate degree is desirable.
BusinessExperience : One - two years work experience within an officeenvironment. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highlydesirable.
