Key Responsibilities
- Agile Facilitation: Lead SCRUM ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a servant leader to the development team, fostering collaboration and removing obstacles to ensure progress and delivery.
- Project Management: Plan and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- JIRA Management: Configure and manage JIRA boards, workflows, and reports to track sprint progress and maintain transparency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage the team to adopt best practices in agile development, identify process inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and action plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a SCRUM Master or in a similar role, preferably in FinTech or related industries.
- Certification in SCRUM (e.g., CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SCRUM principles, agile methodologies, and project management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for task management, reporting, and workflow customization.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
