Responsibilities:
- Low Patient Volume: 15–20 Patients Per Day
- With a low daily patient volume, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on building meaningful relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality, personalized care
- Providing comprehensive primary care to patients
- Ordering and interpreting lab results and imaging studies
- Performing preventive care services, including screenings and vaccinations
- Offering telehealth services when needed
- Educating patients on healthy lifestyle practices and preventive care
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- FNP-C (Active in good standing)
- DEA - Certification
- CPR - Certification
- BLS - Certification
- Valid state nursing license with prescriptive authority
- Knowledge of standards related to inpatient care, clinical research methodologies, and systems for managing patient information
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- 3 years of experience treating a variety of patients from Pediatrics to Geriatrics
- Experience prescribing medications, updating charts, reporting to MD

Pay: $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
