About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Business Analyst I to support the Turning Point grant program. This role is crucial in ensuring the operational effectiveness and excellence of assigned projects. As the primary liaison between the program manager and project stakeholders, you will play a key role in creating insightful reports and dashboards, optimizing workflow processes, and analyzing critical business trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Turning Point grant program as a program analyst.
- Design and document workflows to improve operational effectiveness.
- Track and analyze business unit trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and analyze data via Microsoft applications.
- Lead project activities, including requirements gathering, quality assurance, and user efficiency improvements.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, processes, and procedures.
- Consolidate and analyze staff workload and caseload data for performance insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, pivot tables, and Excel.
- Experience with technical applications such as Python.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or services provided in an outpatient setting is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
