Virtual IT Group, LLC (ViTG) is a growing Managed IT Services provider with over 11 years in business and decades of corporate IT experience. We have various solutions for the B2B market, such as Managed IT Services, Co-Managed IT, VoIP Phone Systems, and Copier Solutions.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative who has experience in selling Information Technology products and services. In this role, you will find new leads (Hunting), acquire new clients, and finalize sales. Your responsibilities are generating and submitting sales reports, establishing relationships with new clients in your territory, assessing their requirements, and negotiating profitable deals. The ideal candidate has a friendly personality, excellent customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong urge to close deals.

Tasks & Expectations:

· Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients, initiate contact through cold calling, mail, email, and schedule appointments.

· Meet and Innovate: Schedule meetings to explore and understand the technology requirements of potential clients, designing customized solutions that support their success.

· Create Opportunities: Proactively seek, develop, and secure Managed IT Services contracts and as well as projects with a self-driven approach, ensuring a steady stream of business.

· Pursue Excellence: Maintain flawless standards while consistently exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.

· Build Rapport: Show a passion for people and develop strong, lasting sales relationships that foster client loyalty and trust.

· Set High Standards: Establish and accomplish sales goals, contributing to our high customer satisfaction ratings and overall success.

· Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every client interaction is positive and productive.

· Aim for Results: Be goal-oriented with an unstoppable drive to achieve and surpass sales success metrics.

· Personalize Interactions: Handle face-to-face interactions with clients, creating tailored experiences that enhance client satisfaction.

· Show Reliability: Exhibit an excellent attendance record, reflecting your dependability and dedication.

Prerequisites:

· Practical Experience: At least 3 years of Information Technology Sales and Lead Generation.

· Communication Skills: Enjoys speaking on the phone, building strong relationships with clients.

· Organizational Abilities: Shows excellent organizational skills, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion.

· Interpersonal Skills: Displays strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

· Clear and Convincing: Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting information clearly and convincingly.

· Trustworthy and Reliable: Has reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record, ensuring dependability and reliability.

· Compliance Aware: Background checks and drug testing may be required to meet compliance and safety standards.
