Job Title: Licensed Real Estate Broker / Brokerage Manager
Location: Northwest section of Florida. Less than 1 hour drive from Destin/30A
Position Types: we are seeking one Full-time and one Part-Time managers
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Real Estate Broker/Brokerage Manager to lead and manage VPR’s. VPR is a division of United Real Estate.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, and client & agent relations. This role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing a team of agents, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage real estate agents.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to agents in contract negotiations, property listings, and closing deals.
- Set sales goals and monitor performance metrics to achieve company objectives.
- Brokerage Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the brokerage, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant with state regulations.
- Manage brokerage finances, including commission structures, budgets, and cost management.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase visibility, attract clients, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Compliance & Ethics:
- Ensure all agents and staff comply with federal, state, and local real estate laws, as well as the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring transparency and legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate broker’s license in Florida
- Minimum of Five years of experience in real estate, with at least Two years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of successful sales and client management.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software and property management tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate and investment properties.
- MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
