Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Generalist at Virtual Tech Gurus, Inc. The Marketing Generalist will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing trends, managing social media channels, creating content for various platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is based in Addison, TX but allows for some work from home flexibility.
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Generalist to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various marketing activities, including email campaigns, website management, social media content planning, webinars, and event coordination. This role also involves guiding and collaborating with our marketing team based in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Website Management: Oversee website updates, SEO optimization, and content management to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Social Media Content Planning: Create and implement a strategic social media content plan to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Webinars and Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute webinars and virtual events to engage with our audience and generate leads.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with and guide the marketing team in India to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, website CMS, and social media management tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience coordinating with remote teams is a plus.
