Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced WDE Engineer to perform critical tasks related to the Workforce Desktop Environment (WDE). The role focuses on integration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and ensuring seamless system performance and data transmission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform WAC integration via iframe embedded in WDE.
- Provide assistance with troubleshooting WDE upgrades.
- Support troubleshooting for Desktop Bridge upgrades.
- Resolve integration, security, and data transmission issues, such as customer ID discrepancies (e.g., IDs entered as '000000000000' or fewer than 12 digits).
- Ensure proper information flow to portals through WDE.
- Implement configuration changes and manage WDE ID settings.
- Debug platform issues using WDE logs.
- Provide support during end-to-end calls related to platform changes and upgrades.
- Assist in disaster recovery activities and related testing.
- Manage call transfers between Voice ID CCP and non-Voice ID CCP.
- Address issues related to Citrix-based CCPs versus non-Citrix CCPs.
- Set up and upgrade the Desktop Bridge.
- Resolve issues with customer IDs not being transmitted or set to zeros, including WDE changes to fix blank customer ID data.
- Troubleshoot portal issues, including caller type switches, multiple enrollments in a single call (US/UK), and CSP dial issues.
- Fetch platform logs for troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Nuance GUI, SIP servers, and service servers
