Compensation Range: $60 - $80k 8 – 10% bonus at Coordinator level, $120k - $160k base 20% bonus at Manager level in Ohio region. Supply Chain analyst closer to $70 – 90k 20% bonus.

Job Overview:
The Supply Chain Coordinator/Manager will oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution operations. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
Responsibilities/Job Functions:
Supply Chain Operations:
Plan, organize, and coordinate all supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Source, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers to maintain quality standards.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels to meet production and customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to prevent shortages and overages.
Collaborate with production teams to forecast material needs and align inventory strategies.
Logistics & Distribution:
Coordinate and monitor transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely shipments.
Optimize shipping and distribution networks to minimize costs and improve delivery efficiency.
Address and resolve any shipping or delivery issues promptly.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with internal departments, including production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain processes with business goals.
Communicate supply chain plans and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain-related inquiries and escalations.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.
Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including potential disruptions and quality issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM, or ISM CPSM).
Experience in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, etc.].
Familiarity with lean or Six Sigma principles to drive process improvement.
Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
