Accounting Manager (Real Estate Property Management) - Our Client is seeking an Experienced Property Accounting Manager for corporate headquarters in South OC. This role will lead the property accounting team. The following is a list of requirements and job responsibilities :
Requirements :
Minimum 8 years related work experience. Prior supervisory experience. Supervises team of about 5-6.
Real Estate industry accounting experience is required. Ideally Multi-family and mixed-use
Seeking experience with partnership accounting and understanding of Joint Ventures.
Strong GAAP knowledge, and experience in financial statement preparation.
Excellent communication and ability to deliver results presentations.
Responsibilities :
Financial statement preparation, analysis, and detailed monthly & quarterly reporting.
Strong general ledger month end close oversight for multiple portfolios.
