Seeking a Benefits Specialist with full administration experience for our client near Morris Plains, NJ.The candidate will perform Open Benefits Enrollment, Contract Administration, and Insurance Provider Management. Benefits Specialist near Morris Plains, NJ (Onsite to Hybrid) Salary : Approx. $75-85k

Responsibilities :

  • Full Benefits Administration including :

Open enrollment, plan evaluation, benefit inquires

  • Broker insurance, Self-pay Insurance
  • Vendor Contracts and Contract Administration
  • Manage HIPAA, EAP, ACA processes
  • Leave of Absence, Family Leave
  • State and Federal Disability
  • Life, Pension, and Workers Compensation
  • Maintain HR Information Systems records
  • HR Reporting
  • Assist in Auto-Payroll processing

    • Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required
  • At least 5 years of Human Resource or PHR experience
  • HR Software and Payroll experience, preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot, lookup, macros), required

    • Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
