Vaco is seeking an enthusiastic Business Analyst to support in administrative and analytical functions. The successful candidate will be comfortable with administrative tasks and possess strong communication skills, especially in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Assist the manager with various administrative tasks, including coordinating and filing contracts, following up with suppliers, and ensuring proposals are submitted on time.
- Data Analysis : Analyze spending to determine vendor payments and verify vendor fees, using Excel and Coupa for data management and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with stakeholders and provide necessary training to ensure smooth processes and effective communication.
- Reporting : Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management regarding analytical findings and insights.
- Contract Coordination : Oversee the filing and organization of contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Vendor Management : Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers, particularly in Latin America, to gather necessary information and respond to requests for information (RFIs).
