Position Summary
The Senior Business Intelligence Programmer / Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization.
This requires effective communication with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and partners to understand business needs, create interactive reports and dashboards, and provide analytical expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop interactive, visually appealing, and performance-optimized Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Utilize SQL and DAX to write complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Develop and implement effective data models such as Snowflake to ensure accurate and reliable reporting across multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely BI solutions that address their needs.
- Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Build and maintain ETL processes to manage data workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Develop and document best practices for BI reporting, including data visualization standards, data quality measures, and performance optimization techniques.
