Role Overview : The Client Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our client experience initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing client feedback, coordinate the creation and distribution of surveys and other feedback mechanisms, developing training programs, managing digital reputation, and overseeing client-facing marketing materials. You will be instrumental in shaping the overall client experience and contributing to our mission of excellence. Looking for medical or heathcare industry experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Experience Insights & Feedback (60%)
Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at improving onsite client and patient interactions.
Familiarize yourself with our client experience management platform and tools, including SurveyMonkey.
