The company is experiencing rapid expansion and is looking for a finance professional to contribute to its acquisition strategy and long-term value creation.
Position Overview :
The Corporate Development Analyst will play a key role in executing the company’s growth strategy by supporting M&A activities, financial analysis, and market research. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate acquisition targets. This role also directly reports to the VP of Corporate Development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the full M&A lifecycle, including target identification, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
- Conduct industry and market research to assess competitive landscapes and identify strategic acquisition opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and private equity sponsors.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure seamless deal execution and post-merger integration.
