Basic Function :
Provide external customer support and internal sales support, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery while addressing any delivery issues promptly.
Responsibilities :
- Manage pricing, customer details, and order information in ERP and SAP systems.
- Communicate with Sales to ensure accurate pricing and input in the system.
- Coordinate with shipping, transportation, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Process returns, credits, and debits in SAP.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints related to pricing and product issues.
- Handle imported products and manage third-party supplier orders through SAP.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
