Basic Function :
Support the customer service department by performing routine administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing for products, shipping, and credits.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain quotations, sales data, and selling prices.
- Review daily KPI reports and handle credit / debit memos and returns.
- Manage price increases, month-end billing, and warehouse postings.
- Process samples in SAP and manage customer credit limits.
- Provide invoice copies, set up statements, and offer backup support for Customer Service.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
