As a Customer Service Rep your key job responsibilities will include assisting customers with order status, returns and payment information, inquires about product, etc. This opportunity will be remote but someone local to the Chicago area is required for this role. This opportunity is temp to hire and is looking to pay $21 / hr.

Job Specifications :
- Providing top notch customer services via phone, email, and live chats
- Answering customer questions relating to order status, payment information, product information, etc
- Experience with MS office suites, SAP, and other CRM systems preferred
- Over 3 years of Customer Service experience required for this opportunity
- Experience working in the consumer goods industry highly preferred
