What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Support position at Virtual?
Provide Order Entry Follow Through for Customer Service Team When needed.
- Maintain Project Databases.
- Scanning and filing all parts orders invoices. (Daily)
- Sort part shipping pictures by creating individual folders by order number, populating the folders with the shipping pictures and placing the folders into the parts shipment picture folder in SharePoint. (Daily, 30 minutes to an hour depending on how many parts are shipped).
- Assist with the intent of taking over the creation of BOM’s for Carrier & JCI from Hussein. (As needed, based on the production close outs).
- Assist with any overflow of processing purchase orders for ACS from the Customer Service Warranty Representatives. (Daily)
- Create maps and changes to maps for all new reps.
- Provide Support for Senior-Level Staff when requested - this Includes coordinating projects and processes in support of research and analysis.
- Other Duties as assigned by Management.

TECHNICAL SERVICE AND SENIOR STAFF SUPPORT –
Coordinate Customer & Technical Service Meetings / Trainings including Creating Materials, Room Setup, Food, Beverage and Consumable Requirements.
5.1 Associates Degree or 2-3 Years Customer Service Experience in an Office environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical Service Team
Good Computer Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suites.
