Key Responsibilities :
- Support production processing and troubleshoot ISO reporting issues.
- Process, balance, and analyze policy and claim data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve data errors, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Perform statistical data reconciliation and address discrepancies.
- Research and interpret regulatory requirements for expanded reporting services.
- Collaborate with programming teams to define system changes and support testing.
- Liaise with Policy & Claim vendors to resolve data issues and lead reporting projects.
- Train team members on statistical reporting practices.
