What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Finance position at Virtual?

This role is a blended accounting & finance position with a well-established, privately held organization. Our client is targeting someone with an accounting foundation along with strong FP&A skills.
This role will be in office 2 to 3 days a week and has a healthy six-figure salary bonus.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
Manage the financial statement preparation process
Manage the full accounting team (include the GL, AP, and AR)
Partner with the outsourced tax team on all income tax items
Oversee the audit process
Support cross-functional business initiatives
Prepare financial reports including KPI's for Executive leaders
Support strategic decision-making by providing insights and recommendations
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required
CPA preferred
7 years of experience
Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
Organized and detail oriented
Accounting foundation along with core FP&A skills required
