The ECommerce Support Representative is a temp to hire opportunity with a tentatively hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities :
The Ecommerce Support Representative is responsible for supporting the day-to-day tasks of the B2C department for all collective brands. Duties will consist of but are not limited to : direct-to-consumer customer service, inventory checks, communicating effectively with external customers, sales team and team members.
- Customer Service : Respond to all online replacements and refunds for website orders. Assist any customer inquiry regarding the fulfillment of their order - from payment to delivery. Receive all Shopify returns and stock them in the back room.
- Customer Experience : Respond to all email inquiries consisting of, but not limited to : Shopify damages, wholesale inquiries, partnership inquiries, and influencer and social messages. Follow brand building strategies in the fulfillment process like hand-written letters and other personalized experiences determined by the Customer Service Director.
- Inventory Checks : Coordinate with Director of Inventory & eCommerce team - to ensure that stock is available for orders on the eCommerce site.
- Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
- Amazon Support : Responsible for responding to and addressing all Amazon consumer / vendor damages, inquiries, and returns.
- Quality Control : Record and organize customer feedback, damages, customer complaints, and success stories. Report the data to B2C Warehouse Manager and Sr. Director Customer Service to improve shipping and customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
