About the Role :
Vaco is partnering with a dynamic organization to find an Engagement & Data Specialist. This position is open to candidates located remotely or in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative and data support to our department, ensuring that records and reports are accurate and up to date. You will leverage your strong computer / data skills to enter, analyze, proof, export, and cross-reference information, while engaging with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and assess current lists of volunteers and youth participants to identify inactive or unresponsive individuals.
- Develop and implement a structured call script and tracking template to guide outreach and engagement efforts.
- Conduct direct phone outreach to contacts, verifying their engagement status, availability, and interest in remaining active.
- Accurately document all responses and engagement details in the system.
- Remove inactive or unresponsive participants from the active list in a timely manner.
- Update contact information and engagement notes in the Matchforce CRM system.
- Flag individuals needing follow-up or re-engagement, ensuring proper tracking and outreach.
- Provide a comprehensive summary report on outreach results, including engagement statuses and actionable recommendations.
- Identify common trends and make suggestions for process improvements to enhance engagement and data tracking.
