Confidentiality and Discretion : Handle sensitive matters with professionalism, ensuring confidentiality, especially those impacting global operations.
Document Preparation : Develop presentations, agendas, reports, and special projects aligned with organizational objectives.
Project Coordination : Collaborate with project leads to monitor and report progress, tracking the status of initiatives sponsored by C-Level Executives or their teams.
Correspondence Management : Draft, proofread, and prepare communications for internal announcements, board meetings, and partner-related materials.
Strategic Support : Use sound judgment and discretion to address matters related to C-Level Executives, maintaining strong relationships internally and externally.
Travel Coordination : Organize domestic and international travel arrangements for C-Level Executives and their leadership teams.
Meeting Organization : Plan, coordinate, and manage meetings of varying scales, from small gatherings to large events.
Expense Management : Process and submit expense reports, reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements for C-Level Executives, and review / approve expenses for their direct reports.
Information Preparation : Support executives by researching, collecting, and analyzing information in advance to conserve their time and enhance decision-making.
