Vaco is working with a client in Consumer Service industry who is looking for a Temp HR Generalist to help key HR functions. Key functions will include onboarding / new hire orientation, employee relations, and offboarding functions. This opportunity will be a 2-3 month temp assignment looking to pay between $28-$32 / hr. This opportunity will be in office at a hybrid schedule for either their Detroit or Grand Rapids Michigan locations.

Job Specifications :
- Handle full onboarding and new hire orientation efforts
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Handling all employee relations efforts
- Handling all offboarding and separation efforts
- 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience required for role
- Degree preferred
- Experience working in Consumer service or related fields preferred
