Vaco Phoenix is looking for an HR Learning and Development Specialist for a top client in the Phoenix area. The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing training programs, as well as delivering strategies to enhance talent and strategic priorities. This position is hybrid paying up to $70k / yr. Interviews are being held this week!
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement scalable talent and organizational development programs, covering areas such as leadership development, new supervisor training, employee engagement, performance management, well-being, and other relevant topics.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to create an exceptional employee experience for team members, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values.
- Facilitate enterprise-wide learning experiences, offering both in-person and virtual sessions to foster practical knowledge and skill development.
- Develop and distribute comprehensive learning resources, including online courses, facilitator and participant guides, PowerPoint presentations, and job aids.
- Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and needs assessments, using data analysis to inform and support solutions.
- Provide coaching to managers and team members on leadership, team effectiveness, motivation, giving and receiving healthy feedback, and more.
- Maintain a library of readily available resources on various topics and collaborate with leaders to meet team member development needs.
- Research, analyze, and incorporate innovative trends in digital learning technologies, best practices, instructional design, and pedagogical methods.
- Contribute to the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports, to support ongoing company initiatives.
