Our client located in Nashville, TN. is looking for a direct hire Benefits Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial claims to inclue workers’ compensation, property, and auto and enjoy working on-site with an engaging team.

Duties :
Claims Administration :
- Report injury, property, and auto damage claims to the insurance carrier.
- Coordinate treatment for injured employees and work with supervisors on restricted duty.
- Collaborate with fleet manager on auto damage and repairs.
- Partner with adjusters for efficient claims management and preparation of OSHA 300 / 300A reports.
- Report workers' compensation wages and process payments through BMIC.
