Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing MSPs located in India for supporting ERP functions
- Become the company’s expert on ERP configuration and settings for each used module
- Support all production floor technology hardware and software systems to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Build, configure, troubleshoot, and repair PCs for deployment in office and warehouse environments
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
- Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software
