What are the responsibilities and job description for the M&A Integration and ServiceTitan Leader position at Virtual?
Vaco is working with a top HVAC client who is looking to add an M&A Integration and Service Titan Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling post- merger field integrations as well as post-close transition plans. This role requires 50% travel, and this person can sit in Phoenix, Dallas, Los Angeles, or Sacramento. This is a Direct Hire position paying up to $130k / yr bonus. The client is interviewing this week and starting as soon immediately!
Responsibilities / Essential Functions :
- Develop and implement 90-day transition plans, overseeing cross-functional projects while also carrying out hands-on tasks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate the transfer of assets, business registrations, insurance, and benefits into newly formed entities for each acquisition.
- Keep records and data rooms organized, ensuring that essential documents are properly transferred and managed.
- Collaborate with multiple departments (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of integration activities.
- Plan and manage ServiceTitan implementations.
- Oversee training for technicians, installers, and CSRs / Dispatchers on ServiceTitan usage.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders regarding integration and ServiceTitan progress, risks, and issues.
