Vaco LA is working with a client in the Healthcare Nonprofit industry who is looking for a Patient Experience to help support all day to day Client / Customer operations. Has the Patient Experience manager key responsibilities will include, providing support to client success team, enhancing patient and employee engagement through surveys, and ensure clients have a positive experience. This opportunity is located in Hollywood and will be in the office at a hybrid scheudle, 3 days a week. This opportunity is looking to pay between 70k-81k on a direct hire basis. This opportunity will require up to 30% travel to clinic locations across the United States.

Job Specifications;
- Coordinator patient engagement and client experience
- Supervisors and train internal staff for all patient engagement
- Building out patient and employee engagement surveys on a high volume scale
- Working with clinics and Dr. for all patient engagement needs
- Traveling to different clinics across the country to implement processes and procedures and help with patient / employee engagement
- Build and maintain online reputation
- Coordinate client facing marketing material
- 5 plus years of Patient Experience managment experience required for role
- Experience supervising and training a team
- Experience working in the healthcare or non profit industry highly preferred
- Experience working with Surveys, preferable in Survey Monkey
- Bachelors Degree preferred

- Comfortability working in a Healthcare / Clinical and working with patients required for role
- Comfortability with Travel required for role
