Vaco LA is working with a client in the Healthcare Nonprofit industry who is looking for a Patient Experience to help support all day to day Client / Customer operations. Has the Patient Experience manager key responsibilities will include, providing support to client success team, enhancing patient and employee engagement through surveys, and ensure clients have a positive experience. This opportunity is located in Hollywood and will be in the office at a hybrid scheudle, 3 days a week. This opportunity is looking to pay between 70k-81k on a direct hire basis. This opportunity will require up to 30% travel to clinic locations across the United States.

Job Specifications;

  • Coordinator patient engagement and client experience
  • Supervisors and train internal staff for all patient engagement
  • Building out patient and employee engagement surveys on a high volume scale
  • Working with clinics and Dr. for all patient engagement needs
  • Traveling to different clinics across the country to implement processes and procedures and help with patient / employee engagement
  • Build and maintain online reputation
  • Coordinate client facing marketing material
  • 5 plus years of Patient Experience managment experience required for role
  • Experience supervising and training a team
  • Experience working in the healthcare or non profit industry highly preferred
  • Experience working with Surveys, preferable in Survey Monkey
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Value and Mission driven
  • Comfortability working in a Healthcare / Clinical and working with patients required for role
  • Comfortability with Travel required for role
