KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consulting various clients : This could be one client at a time, and it could be multiple clients at a time, depending on the need. The day to day of what and who is being supported can vary in this role.
- Client-facing : Responsible for supporting clients and ensuring that expected responsibilities are being accomplished on time and with a high degree of quality.
- Consultative Guidance : Provide expert guidance to clients on optimizing their systems and offering recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Technical Data Projects : Analyze and troubleshoot technical data issues and needs for clients by identifying their needs and implementing effective solutions.
- Project Management : Effectively communicate project or work milestones, status updates, and potential risks to clients and internal stakeholders. Generate regular status reports on client data projects, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
