Project Scope : Oversee and support multiple teams working on key initiatives. This role involves fostering collaboration, maintaining focus on team goals, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects using Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Oversee sprint progress, identify and resolve blockers, and manage release planning.
- Utilize tools like TFS / ADO to track tasks and maintain progress.
- Balance structure and flexibility to adapt processes as needed.
- Promote a positive team environment, shielding teams from distractions and fostering focus.
