Must-have Skills :
- U.S. Wealth Management business experience is a MUST
- 8 years of experience in financial services as a Project Manager / Program Management
- Ability to apply client Program Management Framework
- Demonstrated / strong consultative experience leading program team members through ambiguity
- Expert knowledge of program and project plan development & management, scheduling methodology, Agile, waterfall an iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.
- Advanced project management knowledge including plan development; scheduling methodology; project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting; risk and issue assessment and quantification methodologies; cost / benefit analysis and alternatives identification; budgeting, financials, and benefits management.
- Demonstrated / strong written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management background.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience delivering multi-year, complex, confidential, and sensitive programs.
- Experience leading programs with high level of value (benefit / cost), and a high level of complexity and uncertainty.
- Familiar with best practices for Risk System development
- Experience with Jira / Confluence preferred
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance)-preferred, advanced degree a plus
- PMP and / or PgMP certification or equivalent-preferred
